How are your cookies packaged? How long do they stay fresh?

We individually wrap each cookie in a heat sealed cellophane bag. They typically stay fresh for up to two weeks.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept cash or Venmo for payment options.

When do I pay for my order?

Please pay via Venmo when you place your order, or for cash payments, please pay 2 weeks in advance of your pickup date.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We ask that you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance of your pickup date. There are times we can turn around an order in 48 hours, but this is not typical. Feel free to contact us and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate you.

How will I know the total cost of my order?

We offer a custom quote for each order before we start baking. Certain designs such as business logos and portraits are more time consuming and therefore have additional costs. Other add-ons such as the metallic paints have additional costs to cover the expense of the materials. We will provide you with a custom quote so you know the total price up front.
